Refunds on pre-paid tuition will be given at the discretion of the School Board only if notice of the withdrawal is given at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be given after the 6^th month of the school year.

Payment is due on the 1^st of each month. If payment has not been made by the 15^th of each month, a $5.00 late fee may be added.  If by the 20^th of the month, payment has still not been received, and arrangements have not been made with the financial manager, a notice will be sent advising that the student’s education is in jeopardy. If payment is not made by the 1^st of the next month, the student will not be admitted to school.

VARIOUS FEES

Physical Education Fee:

All students entering third through eleventh grade will be charged a gym fee each year.  A gym shirt will be issued at that time and it must be worn to all Physical Education classes throughout the year.

Team Sports Fee:

All students participating in a team sport will be required to pay a fee for each sport.

Matriculation Fee:

There is a matriculation fee for all students in the twelfth grade and those in kindergarten five year old program.  This fee covers the cost of the graduation cap, gown and diplomas, etc.
