REGISTRATION
March is
registration month for returning students. April is early
registration month for new students. The registration fee
is not refundable. Tuition for the current year must be
up-to-date before registration will be accepted for the
following year. All pages of the registration packet must
be completed when the registration fee is paid.
TEXTBOOKS
There is
a yearly book fee charged for each student. The tuition and
fees are listed separately in the registration packet.
NOTE:
All
non-consumable books are the property of the school;
therefore, in order to keep textbooks in good condition, we
require that they always remain covered. Accordingly, there
will be a fee for any lost or destroyed books.
TUITION
Tuition
is a fee for the school year, but for your convenience may
be paid in monthly installments. The first payment must be
made before your child will be permitted to start school.
Four methods of payment have been devised. They are as
follows:
1. Cash –
with a 5% discount (on tuition only) if paid in full by
August 1.
2. 10
month payment plan (August to May).
3. 11
month payment plan (July to May).
4. 12
month payment plan (June to May).
All
payments will be received during regular school hours – 8:00
a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Payments may be made in person to the
school office or sent by mail. Please make all checks
payable to Tabernacle Christian School (TCS).
A fee
will be charged for any returned check. More than two
returned checks during the year may result in the
requirement of cash or bank check payments. Postdated checks
cannot be accepted.
